Iplgame payment policy governs all deposits, withdrawals and related payment activity on the Iplgame platform. It applies to all players and payment requests processed through an Iplgame account.
Iplgame supports multiple payment channels including credit and debit cards, bank transfers and electronic wallets. Availability depends on country and chosen method. All methods are subject to verification checks and risk controls.
Minimum deposit per transaction is €10. Maximum per transaction is €5,000. Some methods may have different limits; the applicable limits will be shown before you confirm a deposit. Deposits are typically processed immediately and credited to your balance, subject to successful authorization.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your account is verified and you have met any wagering or balance requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount is €10; maximum per withdrawal is €5,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours after verification, and funds will arrive in your account within 1 to 5 business days depending on the payment method. Iplgame reserves the right to extend processing times for enhanced due diligence or security checks.
To protect players and prevent fraud, Iplgame conducts identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents may include government issued photo ID, proof of address and source of funds. Additional documents may be requested at any time. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be withheld pending clarifications.
Fees may apply to deposits or withdrawals depending on the payment method chosen. Fees and their amounts will be disclosed prior to processing, and you will be asked to confirm any applicable charges before the transaction proceeds. In the event of a chargeback or reversal, Iplgame may apply a processing fee and suspend the affected account until resolution.
The base currency is EUR unless otherwise stated for a given payment method or country. Currency conversions, if required, are performed at the prevailing rate set by the payment provider at the time of processing.
We prohibit transactions that violate applicable law or our internal policies. If a payment is reversed, deposits are reversed or irregular activity is detected, Iplgame may terminate or suspend the account, annul winnings, and reclaim funds as permitted by law and these terms.
