• You will not register or operate as an Affiliate in violation of these Terms, nor otherwise attempt to exploit referral structures or promotional programs outside the stated rules.

Restricted Use

• You must not use the Service if you fail to meet the age requirement or are prohibited from online gambling under applicable law.
• You must not access the Service from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited or restricted.
• You must not engage in disruptive or abusive conduct, spam, data harvesting, or other activities that undermine the Service or other customers.
• You must not attempt to cheat, collude, or obtain an unfair advantage. You must not scrape odds, infringe Iplgame intellectual property, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Registration

Your Account

• Accounts may operate in multiple currencies. Balances and transactions are shown in the currency of each transaction.
• Iplgame does not extend credit. There is no account‑based facility that functions as credit or a deposit guarantee.
• We may close or suspend an Account for non‑compliance, to protect the integrity of the Service, or for other legitimate reasons. We may void bets or withhold funds if action is taken for non‑compliance.
• We may refuse, restrict, or limit wagers at any time, including where we reasonably believe a wager is fraudulent or intended to circumvent limitations or rules.
• A mistaken credit to an Account remains the property of Iplgame and may be withdrawn once discovered. If an Account becomes overdrawn, you remain liable for the deficit.
• You must promptly report any errors or discrepancies in Account balances or transactions.
• Gambling on the Service is undertaken for entertainment purposes. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose. If you experience loss of control, you may exercise our self‑exclusion or seek other responsible gaming options as published in the Responsible Gaming section.

• You must keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account and for any actions performed by a third party using your credentials.
• If you suspect a security breach or unauthorised access, you must notify Iplgame immediately. We may require you to provide evidence of the breach, and we may suspend or restrict the Account while investigations are conducted.

• Iplgame may perform identity and background checks, including verification of personal information and documents, at initiation and on an ongoing basis. We may restrict withdrawals during such checks.
• Providing false or misleading information or documents constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Account and forfeiture of funds.
• If verification cannot be completed or if a minor is identified, the Account will be closed, deposits returned through the original payment method, and active bets may be canceled or voided.
• Where required by applicable law, customers may be requested to supply additional information such as declarations of source of funds or tax information. Non‑compliance may lead to Account suspension or termination.

• To participate in the Service, you must deposit funds into your Account. Funds must originate from your own accounts and be owned by you. Third‑party deposits are prohibited.
• We may block withdrawals or require additional verification if there is suspicion of fraud or misuse. If third party funds or misrepresented funds are detected, winnings may be forfeited and accounts blocked.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and compliance with AML requirements. We may delay or suspend withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.
