The Iplgame Android application (the App) provides access to wagering services offered by Iplgame. These Terms govern your use of the App, your Iplgame account, and all related activities. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the applicable Bonus Terms, and the Privacy Policy. Access is limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful and permitted. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for non-compliance or prohibited activities.
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and physically located in a territory where the App is authorized for use at the time of play. Access from restricted jurisdictions or by individuals who are underage is prohibited. You may be required to verify identity and residence during account creation and at other times. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The Operator may refuse registration or terminate an existing account for false or incomplete information.
To comply with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules, Iplgame will perform Know Your Customer checks. You must provide documentation such as government-issued identity, proof of address, and, where required, information about source of funds. Documents must be current and valid. The Operator will review submissions promptly and may request additional information. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions, withholding of funds, or termination.
The App is available for Android devices. Use is permitted only where lawful. Access may be restricted by jurisdiction or device compatibility. Installation should be performed from official distribution channels or via the Operator’s official download portal. If an APK is used, you may need to enable installation from unknown sources; you assume associated risks and must verify app integrity. You must authenticate to access your Account; strong credentials and, where available, biometric login should be used.
Iplgame processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Operator is the data controller for personal data collected through the App; processors provide services to support account management, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and service providers as required by law or to fulfill the contract. Data may be transferred across borders in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Data retention aligns with regulatory requirements and active Account status. The App uses encryption for data in transit and at rest; authentication measures, including optional biometric verification, enhance access control.
Accounts may be funded using payment methods disclosed in the App. All payment activity is subject to verification and fraud screening. Deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are subject to applicable limits published in the App or Promotions Terms. Withdrawals require verification of identity and may be subject to processing times and possible fees as described in the Payment Terms. The Operator may suspend or delay payments to comply with regulatory or legal obligations or to investigate concerns.
Promotional offers are governed by separate Bonus Terms. Eligibility, wagering requirements, applicable game weighting, expiration dates, and caps apply as stated in those Terms. Bonuses and winnings may be forfeitable if terms are not met or if the account is inactive for the specified period. Offers may be restricted by jurisdiction, device, payment method, or other criteria and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Iplgame promotes responsible gambling. Tools include time and expenditure limits, reality checks, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits within the App or request self-exclusion. If you or someone you know requires assistance, contact support through the in-app channel or employ third-party resources. Gambling should be conducted for entertainment and not as a source of financial hardship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or services. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or force majeure. Funds held in an Account are not underwritten by any public guarantee scheme beyond what is required by law. Your remedies are limited to the rights set forth in these Terms and applicable law.
All content and software provided by Iplgame are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire only a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App and its content for lawful purposes. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited unless expressly authorized. The App’s privacy and security provisions are described in the Privacy Policy; by using the App you consent to those terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Iplgame. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or through mandated alternative dispute resolution procedures if available by law.
Iplgame may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account in accordance with the Termination provisions.
The Operator may suspend or terminate an Account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with verification and regulatory requirements. Funds may be withheld during investigation. On termination, you may request withdrawal of remaining funds subject to verification and applicable law.
For questions regarding these Terms or the App, use the in-app Support portal or the official support channels described within the App. The Operator will respond in accordance with its support policy and applicable regulatory timelines.
