Sportsbook Rules

Introduction and Scope

These Betting Rules govern the use of the Iplgame sportsbook. By placing a Bet on the Iplgame platform, the End User acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Betting Rules at all times applicable to the sportsbook. The Rules cover general conduct, sports and esports betting, bet types, market structures, settlement, and related features. Iplgame reserves the right to modify the site, betting limits, payout limits, and available offerings at any time without prior notice. Such changes apply to all bets, including those already placed, subject to the general Rules.

Definitions

• Sportsbook — the online platform and all associated components used to provide sportsbook services.
• End User — an individual who uses the Sportsbook and agrees to these Betting Rules.
• Bet — a risk-based agreement between the End User and Iplgame on an Event outcome, placed by the End User as a Stake.
• Stake — the amount of money transferred to Iplgame as the liquidity for a Bet.
• Outcome — the result of an Event or Market on which the Stake was placed.
• Market — an in-play or pre-match Event or subset thereof on which a Stake may be placed.
• Event — a sports, esports, virtual sports, or other event for which Iplgame offers Odds.
• Odds — the coefficient representing the potential payout for a correct Bet, expressed numerically.
• Winnings — the amount paid to the End User upon a correct Bet, subject to these Rules.
• Operator — the legal entity providing betting services to End Users through the Iplgame Website.

Eligibility and Compliance

• End Users must meet the minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction as a condition of using the Sportsbook. The minimum age is determined by applicable law and may vary by country.
• Use of the Sportsbook and opening of an End User account is prohibited where unlawful under applicable law or where use would violate licensing or regulatory requirements.
• Language: Where multiple language versions exist, the English language version governs interpretation of the Rules.

General Rules and Compliance

• Once a Bet is accepted by the Sportsbook, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or altered, except as provided in these Rules or applicable law. The Sportsbook is not responsible for any missing or duplicate Stakes after acceptance.
• End Users may review their activity in the My Bets section to confirm Bet acceptance and settlement status.
• Statistical data and editorial content presented by the Sportsbook are for information and entertainment; they do not constitute advice or a warranty of outcomes.
• Automated systems, including scanning software or bots, are strictly prohibited. The Sportsbook may cancel any Bet placed using automated means.
• Use of multiple or third-party accounts to access the Sportsbook is prohibited; bets placed in breach of this prohibition are void.
• Offerings, markets, and Games may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable law. The Sportsbook may discontinue or modify specific markets at any time.
• In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, which in turn take precedence over General Rules; in the absence of Market or Sport Rules, the General Rules apply.
• Where a description includes an “X,” that X is a numeric value defined by the sportsbook offering.

Placing a Stake and Bet Acceptance

• All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and to applicable law. A Bet is valid only when expressly confirmed as accepted in the betslip.
• The Sportsbook retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time, in whole or in part.
• End Users may review Bet status and confirmations through the betslip and My Bets interfaces.

Bet Types and Settlement

Bet types and their standard settlement rules include the following:

1. Single (Ordinary) Bet: One outcome. Payout = Stake × Odds.
2. Combo (Accumulator): Multiple independent outcomes. All selections must win. Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
3. System: A set of multiple Combo Bets derived from a fixed selection. Payouts depend on the winning combinations within the System.
4. Special Multifold Bets: Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath — each comprises a predefined structure of doubles, trebles, and/or multiples with Payouts calculated as Stake × Total Odds.
5. Odds Rounding: If an odds value contains more than two decimal places, the payout is rounded to two decimal places.
6. Cash Out: A discretionary feature allowing settlement of a Bet under revised terms before final outcome. Availability varies; the Sportsbook may suspend, modify, or withdraw Cash Out offers without notice.
7. Bet Builder: A single Bet built from multiple Market selections within the same Event. All selections must win for a payout. Builders may be available only for certain sports and events at the Sportsbook’s sole discretion.
8. Early Payout: A discretionary feature permitting early settlement of a Bet where predefined conditions are met. Availability and conditions are displayed with the Bet offer and may vary by event and market. Early Payout may apply to single, Combo, System, or Bet Builder Bets where eligible. It is not guaranteed and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Special terms for Bet Builder—availability varies by sport/event/market; settlement errors may be corrected; void terms apply to individual selections; remaining selections stand if one is voided.

Market Types and Bets

• Match (1X2): Result of the match; 1 = Home, X = Draw, 2 = Away.
• Correct Score: Exact final score.
• Over/Under (Totals): Whether the total quantity meets or exceeds a predefined line.
• Odd/Even: Whether a numeric outcome is odd or even.
• Head-to-Head / Triple-Head: Competition outcomes among two or three participants.
• Half Time / Full Time: Combined outcome of half-time and final result; Bet void if the match format deviates from standard play.
• Period Betting: Result within defined periods of the match.
• Draw No Bet: Bet on a team to win; stake returned if the match ends in a draw.
• Handicap and Asian Handicap: Bets that include a handicap applied to one or both sides; Asian Handicap may split the stake across two lines with possible partial win/loss.
• Double Chance: Bets on two of the three possible outcomes (1X, 12, X2).
• Outright / Place: Bets on final placement or event victory; applicable in tournaments or longer-format events.
• Quarter / Half / Period X and Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X: Market variants focusing on specific segments or milestones within an event.
• Race to X Points / Goals: First to reach a specified target; bets are void if the target is not reached.

Settlement, Payouts, and Disputes

• Settlement of Bets follows the definitive Market Rules when present; otherwise, the applicable Sport Rules, and in their absence, the General Rules apply.
• All settled payouts are calculated on the basis of the Odds available at the time of Bet acceptance, subject to any later adjustments under Early Payout or Cash Out terms.
• If a Bet is void in accordance with these Rules, the Stake is returned in full; otherwise, settlements follow standard practice for the affected Bet type.

In-Play and Live Betting

In-Play (live) betting is offered where available and subject to real-time data and integrity checks. Live markets, rules, and settlement may differ from pre-match betting, and Iplgame reserves the right to suspend or suspend or adjust live markets to maintain fair play and regulatory compliance.

Data, Sources, and Accuracy

Iplgame relies on reputable data sources for the determination of bet outcomes. Where data sources are disclosed, they may be provided on request. Iplgame is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data where such data is used to settle Bets.

Modifications, Disputes, and Voidability

• Iplgame may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature, market, or service at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to Early Payout, Cash Out, and Bet Builder.
• In the event of a settlement error due to technical or human factors, Iplgame reserves the right to correct the settlement in accordance with these Rules.
• Disputes regarding Bet acceptance, voiding, or settlement are resolved in accordance with these Rules, and decisions are final unless the law requires otherwise.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Betting Rules are governed by the licensing jurisdiction under which Iplgame operates. Compliance with local laws remains the responsibility of the End User. Where applicable, regulatory bodies may require additional terms; in such cases, those terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Responsible Gambling

Iplgame supports responsible gambling. End Users should gamble only within their means and seek help if gambling becomes distressing or compulsive. Local resources and support services are available in jurisdictions where permitted by law.
