Time-Out – A short pause from gambling. Activation is available for a period of 1 week or 1 month. While Time-Out is active, deposits and wagering are unavailable. To activate, go to My Account the Player Protection Tools and select Time-Out; confirm the period chosen. Time-Out starts immediately and cannot be reversed before the expiry date.

Cooling-Off period – A longer break from gambling. Activation is available for a period of 6 months. During Cooling-Off, you cannot deposit or place bets. You may request withdrawal of remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal terms, subject to any applicable wagering requirements. Cooling-Off starts immediately and cannot be reversed before expiry.

Self-Exclusion – A request to prohibit access to Iplgame for a defined period or on an indefinite basis. Self-Exclusion is initiated by submitting a request to our support team with your member details and a stated reason. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or access funds. Following the exclusion, access to the account may be restored only by reapplying for exclusion or by satisfying any conditions set by us. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with our policy at the time of exclusion.

Deposit limits – You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limits are configurable in your account settings and apply immediately upon confirmation. You may adjust or remove limits at any time in accordance with platform rules.
You must be 18 years of age or older to access Iplgame services. We perform age and identity verification consistent with regulatory requirements. If underage activity is suspected, accounts will be restricted or closed and access to funds will be withheld pending verification.
