Iplgame maintains a risk-based anti-money-laundering (AML) framework designed to detect and prevent illicit financial activity on the platform. This policy applies to all customers and operations conducted through Iplgame.
The board of directors holds ultimate responsibility for AML compliance. An AML Compliance Officer oversees day-to-day implementation and reports to senior management. Material amendments to this policy require approval by the board and the AML Compliance Officer before coming into effect.
Iplgame uses a tiered verification model (Levels 0–3). Thresholds and requirements are enforced by the back-office system under a risk-based framework. Transactions and account activity are monitored to determine the appropriate level of verification.
Deposits up to USD 2,000 in aggregate may be made without submitting identification. Withdrawals are disabled until Level 1 verification is completed.
Required before the first withdrawal. Customers must provide: first name, last name, date of birth, full residential address, country, and a valid email address. All data must align with details held by our payment processors; mismatches will block withdrawals and may affect funds in account.
Triggered when lifetime deposits or withdrawals exceed USD 2,000. The customer is guided through an on-screen upload flow to provide: government-issued photo ID (front and back), a selfie holding the same ID, and proof of address. Electronic databases are consulted to corroborate identity data. If automated checks fail, a manual review is performed and withdrawals remain on hold pending clearance.
Required once cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed USD 50,000. Acceptable evidence includes payslips, audited accounts, inheritance documents, investment statements, or other documentation demonstrating the origin of funds. The customer will receive an email notification and 28 days to supply the requested documents; failure to comply may result in account restrictions or closure.
Proof of address is validated through two independent electronic checks. If either check fails, customers must provide dated documents from the past three months, such as utility bills or bank statements, showing the customer's name and current address. Documents must be high-resolution with clearly legible text.
Iplgame may request evidence that funds originate from legitimate activity at any time. Acceptable evidence includes employment income, business ownership records, bank statements, inheritance documents, investment statements, or other official documents. Inadequate explanations may result in account restrictions or termination of the business relationship.
Risk management adapts to jurisdictional risk. Countries are categorized into risk bands, and KYC may be initiated without prior notice based on geolocation. An annual enterprise-wide risk assessment identifies inherent AML risks across products, customers, and geographies. Transaction monitoring combines processor screening with internal KYC rules; suspicious activity may lead to funds being frozen and regulators being notified as required by law.
Customer-identification records are retained for at least six years after the relationship ends. Transaction records are retained for at least ten years after execution or account closure. All records are stored securely in encrypted formats, with appropriate archival controls.
Customer data is protected by technical and organizational measures and will not be disclosed except with explicit consent, upon lawful request by authorities, or as necessary to fulfill AML obligations. Iplgame complies with applicable data protection laws and licensing requirements for handling personal data.
Iplgame may disclose customer information to law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities as required by law and AML obligations. Information sharing is limited to what is necessary to achieve regulatory compliance and to provide the services.
